Breathing Pattern

IN Through your Nose…OUT Through your Mouth! Breathing is probably the most important miracle man has benefited from since our existence. Without oxygen the human body cannot function. Even more so when exercising breathing takes its place as an essential component. Starting with the Nose, the gateway to our respiratory system and ending by exchanging oxygen for carbon dioxide by exhaling through our mouth. Breathing in through your nose, in addition to forwarding oxygen to the entire body, sends a direct blow to your brain which ignites your nervous system. Thus putting into motion your kinetic chain, this describes how your body moves.

Exercising regularly strengthens your lungs and increases the chest and lung capacity which helps prevent and fight against breathing disorders.
