Vitamins are essential nutrients your body needs to grow, function and develop normally. Each vitamin has a specific job to do and in a perfect world you can get the vitamins and minerals needed from the foods you eat. But let’s face it, we here in North America are miles and miles away from the Fertile Crescent.
